2. Item Condition

Customers must inform KOBBLY about the existing condition of the item before service.

·         Items that are old, fragile, or heavily damaged may have certain risks during the cleaning or repair process.

·         KOBBLY will take proper care, but complete restoration may not always be possible.

3. Cleaning Results

Cleaning results may vary depending on:

·         Material type (leather, suede, fabric, rexine, etc.)

·         Age of the item

·         Depth of stains or damage

While we aim to deliver the best results, 100% stain or damage removal cannot always be guaranteed.

4. Color and Recolor Services

For color touch-up or recoloring services:

·         Slight variations in color shade may occur.

·         Exact factory color matching may not always be possible.

·         Color services are done with professional products designed for durability.

Once the color process is completed, the service will be considered final.

5. Repair and Restoration

9. Liability Limitation

Our liability, if any, will be limited to the service cost paid by the customer.

10. Unclaimed Items

Items not collected within 30 days of service completion may be subject to storage charges or disposal at KOBBLY's discretion.
