At KOBBLY – Premium Shoe & Handbag Care, we strive to deliver the highest quality services for cleaning, repair, color restoration. As most of our services involve manual work and customized treatment, our refund policy is outlined below.
All services provided by KOBBLY, including:
· Shoe Cleaning
· Handbag Cleaning
· Repair and Restoration
· Color Touch-up and Recoloring
· Sole Replacement and Structural Repair
are service-based and customized, therefore payments made for completed services are non-refundable.
In some cases, advance payment may be required before starting the service.
· Once the service process has started, the advance payment will not be refunded.
· If the order is cancelled before the service begins, the refund may be considered at KOBBLY’s discretion.
Cleaning and restoration results depend on factors such as:
· Material type
· Age of the item
· Severity of stains or damage
While we aim to achieve the best possible results, complete stain removal or full restoration cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued based on expected results.
For repair, recoloring, or restoration services, the process involves manual craftsmanship and material treatment.
Once the repair or color service has been completed, the service will be considered final and non-refundable.
If a customer has concerns regarding the service quality, they must notify KOBBLY within 48 hours of delivery.
We may review the issue and, if necessary, offer:
· A re-cleaning service, or
· A service adjustment, depending on the situation.
Orders can only be cancelled before the service process begins. Once the service has started, cancellations and refunds will not be possible.
Any pickup and delivery charges, if applicable, are non-refundable once the service request has been scheduled.
